Operations Team Lead

Operations Team Lead

The primary role of this position will be in planning and setting up jobs, as well as assigning personnel.  The Operation Team Lead will also direct all aspects of the project installation, moves and/or reconfiguration.  This individual must have experience with systems office furniture, corporate moving and storage, and project management.  Must have strong supervisory and training skills.  Must take initiative and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

This position is the “leader” of the crew and will assist in performing the duties necessary to accomplish the daily goals of the project(s). This position requires the communication skills necessary to establish and maintain good relationships with the customer and crew. Furniture Installer / Truck Driver

Harrisburg & Hagerstown work locations available-The primary focus of this position is the assembly and installation of office furniture and related products. Responsibilities include the loading/unloading of product, product inspection, job site preparation, product installation, and job site clean-up.  Experience with systems office furniture is preferred, but we will consider applicants with comparable experience and mechanical skills.

The Flooring Installer is responsible for carpet and tile installations, resilient flooring products, cove base, punch lists, and assembling labor to take up existing flooring on assigned installations.  This position will be asked to work some overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.  This is a full-time position with benefits.

Project Designer

Responsible for the execution and coordination of design projects providing technical design support and direction on projects for our clients.  The designer is responsible for providing our clients with quality efficient solutions that result in a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.  A skill level in the areas of facility planning, drafting/CAD, CET experience is a HUGE PLUS, furniture selections, as well as graphics and verbal presentations.

Project Manager

Project Manager

Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Communicate with the Leadership Team to keep projects aligned with their goals. Perform quality control on projects throughout development and installation to maintain the standards expected. Adjust schedules and targets as needs for the project change.
